Ordering Instructions For Custom Jade Glass Awards:
Before we can start work
on your custom award there are a couple things we need from you after
you place your order. (NOTE: Please read below before placing order.)
1.
Click the order button underneath the award
you would like to order and choose the size you would like. After you
choose the size the next webpage will have you fill in your personal and
billing information. Please complete this to finalize your order before
following the steps below.
2.
Email us at sales@etch-o-matic.com with either a very succinct description of
what you would like on the award or a digital file, such as a .jpg,
.bmp, .tiff, .gif, .psd, etc. A .psd file is preferred and at this time
we are unable to work with Corel Draw files (.cdr). If you would like a
design or logo etched on to your award please include the exact size you
would like it along with your image file. There is a $25.00 one time
charge and the same logo can be used at no extra charge if you have
multiple awards using the same logo.
3.
We will create a stencil to the specifications you have provided us,
then email or fax the final design to you before it is actually etched
onto the glass. This gives you a chance to approve your design or make
changes before your award is created.

complete your order, but forget to send us the information above, we
will contact you after 24 hours and request that you send us the design
you would like on your award. **
